The Quest for Lava Girl

I made this layout with my new collection (see credits below) and I think this is one of my current favorites because it brings back a funny summer memory. In summer of 2005, Dave was on vacation from work and I took Maddy to see the movie The Adventures of Shark Boy and Lava Girl. Soon after, we went to countless McDonald's in search of Lava Girl (we kept getting Shark Boy!) Imagine all of our excitement when we finally found her. Maddy and Max still play with both Lava Girl and Shark Boy. Usually those "meal" toys are junk, but surprisingly these have hung around for 2 years! Definately some of our favorite action heroes!
